The Modern Fanny Pack
There are some things that I won’t do. There are less things that I won’t wear. A fanny pack is not one of those things. Those who know me well know that I’m unabashedly unafraid to bust them out at occasions other than a music festival or an amusement park. Some of the people dare to look down on this habit. I realize that not all fanny packs are cute or flattering, but some are! And I would like to share those with you now. Beware: some of them appear under the guise of “belt purse”. What I Wore: Go-To Outfit

Whenever I want to look nice for work, a wedding, a party, etc and I don’t feel like trying to figure out an outfit, I have a go-to. This particular dress can be dressed up or down and can even be paired with tights in the winter. Everyone needs a go-to dress for random occasions that call for dressy, flattering and easy.
Red + White
I adore this combo (red & white). There are so many ways to pull it off and I am constantly drawn to the colors together.

What I Wore: Oldies but Goodies

Yesterday I busted out some old stuff that I had never worn together. I thought it turned out nicely. I’ll take any excuse to wear my Nine West cut-out white wedges, they’re like 5 years old! I hope you have a great weekend!

What do you think about this trend? I don’t like a lot of skin showing but I do think it can be very retro and chic when done right.
