Model Loved Ones

love1 Anja Rubik, Coco Rocha & Alessandra Ambrosio by Patrick Demarchelier for Vogue US February 2011

If you’re like me, you have a strange little obsession with models and their lives. Any time I get to peek into them, I have to share.

Love is in the air for Vogue US’ February issue with a romantic editorial starring Alessandra Ambrosio, Anja RubikCoco RochaAngela Lindvall, Aminata Niaria and Bonnie Chen with their loved ones. Pleasing Pink Decor

When most think of utilizing pink in home decor, they gravitate toward images of something concocted by strawberry shortcake meets Miss Piggy meets fairy princess. That’s not always the case. While it does tend to indicate a feminine touch and is not necessarily right for an entire color scheme, when done right it can be breathtakingly lovely. I love the fabulous girliness of a pink couch or pink wall. I’m not sure Ro would go for the mirrored bed covered in lush blush but he might be amenable to a few touches here and there.

The more I look at these rooms laced with pink, the more I love it. Most of these lovely images were found via {this is glamorous} which I must say is my very favorite blog out there.

Wrapped Up

fur1 Anna Iaryn by Man Sumarni for WWD

I always love to see examples of looking chic while fully bundled. I think this editorial featuring Anna Iaryn does exactly that.

Taking a late night trip into the city, Man Sumarni captures Anna Iaryn in luxurious furs for the December 28th issue of WWD. Outfitted by fashion editor Bobbi Queen, Anna dons an array of looks from the likes of Jerry Sorbara, Oscar De La Renta and Adrienne Landau. – FGR

Emma Stone

OMG I could hardly recognize Emma Stone at the Golden Globes. I didn’t realize how long and lean she was. Has she lost a ton of weight? I also really liked her as a blonde. Also, those of you who read this blog often know how partial I am to an open back. Lovely. I’m very much looking forward to seeing her performance in “The Help” as well.
