I’m house-hunting again. Robert and I are trying to find a place for June 1 and I’m getting antsy. I’m hoping for a big backyard, a front porch, a cozy kitchen and lots of closet space. Today I fit back into my vintage After Six navy tuxedo pants thanks to my semi-starvation diet. It feels oh-so-good despite the stomach rumblings. I’m reminded again how much I love high waisted pants. They’re retro and modern at the same time and can be dressed down or up. Not to mention they make you’re legs look miles long.

Honeymoon Dreaming (Anthropologie Swim)
Ok I know…the sun has just barely come out. In Arkansas, we can barely promise ourselves it won’t freeze again. But nothing has the ability to make me long for the beach like Anthropologie swimwear. As as been their moda operandi they have chosen feminine silhouettes and figure flattering shapes. I just might have to indulge for Positano! This collection is the only thing making me feel better about passing on a sub from the new Green Machine place in Fayetteville. I’ve heard it’s to die…

Lately I have been totally into the high bun. It has always intimidated me a bit because I don’t like to rat my hair. But once I figured out how to do it, I can’t stop! It’s so easy and it can prolong a hair wash for 2-3 days! It also turns any outfit from humdrum to posh. The best tutorial I’ve found is from Beth Jones (here). Do you like these outfit posts or are they annoying?
