Can you become my personal designer? I would move to NYC or Hollywood or wherever you like. I would lose 30lbs and wear stilts for you! I know a little bit about styling? I could help you in some way? Maybe I could learn to sew and become your intern? If you would make me 1000 dresses just like the ones in your resort collection, I would do almost ANYTHING! I love the hourglass shape, the feminine collar, the fullish skirt… (excuse me while I drool).

Online shopping can induce such a HIGH! Especially when you find sales, special finds or free shipping…Although it always takes so freaking long and you want it now! I ordered these little baubles from Urban Outfitters almost two weeks ago and I got a delivery confirmation that that are at my door! I can’t wait to see them when I get home and somehow incorporate them into my float-trip-weekend-wear. PS: my total was under $60!

Megan Gonzalez, the creator of this stationery is so talented (obvi) and she has an adorable blog and that makes me want to be friends with her/stalk her/take out a loan to buy her services for an event I’m not even having. Just take a look at her inspiration board…yep that’s her & her hubby in the picture labelled 8. It’s like creativity just pours out of this girl! You go!
It is incessantly raining but the peonies are blooming. They are my favorite flower, people! I’ve yet to get my hands on some but am feeling a sense of urgency to do so….Boyfriend? This is where you come in…just sayin’. They only bloom once a year!

This weekend was so much fun! The wedding was gorgeous and the day couldn’t have been more perfect. 78 degrees, severe clear and a light breeze…made for open bar and great band. Party all day long!
A couple of nights ago, boyfriend took (dragged) me to see Clash of the Titans. It was exactly what I thought it would be…cheesy, interesting, slightly cool. Honestly, the coolest thing about it was Medusa.
Not the best photo but I totally recognized that face! It was none other than the lovely Natalia Vodianova. Oh how I love her and her fairytale story and her gorgeous family.
She is a 27-year-old who left her native Nizhniy Novgorod when she was in her teens to model after working the family fruit stand, married Englishman Justin Portman, became a star by the age of nineteen, had three children, and quite recently had an epiphany about what she does. “Now that I am older, and a mother,” she says, “I understand that modeling is my job. Lo and behold, last night it was decided that my beau and I would be going to a wedding in “The Delta” this weekend.
It is already 90 degrees there, outside wedding, on the lake, afternoon, open bar….What to wear?
