I’m house-hunting again. Robert and I are trying to find a place for June 1 and I’m getting antsy. I’m hoping for a big backyard, a front porch, a cozy kitchen and lots of closet space. Ok I know…the sun has just barely come out. In Arkansas, we can barely promise ourselves it won’t freeze again. But nothing has the ability to make me long for the beach like Anthropologie swimwear. As as been their moda operandi they have chosen feminine silhouettes and figure flattering shapes. I just might have to indulge for Positano! For our wedding, the guys are going to wear tuxes. Robert and I both love a classic tux. He wants to look as much like James Bond as possible…and I’m somehow totally ok with that. But, I can’t help perusing the ties and bowties that are out there and wondering if we shouldn’t customize it somehow. Maybe he could wear a solid black bowtie while the groomsmen wore a black bowtie with white polka dots? What do you guys think?
A sweet little piece of trivia about me: my grandma Susi was a fantastic seamstress. She would make a bowtie for my papa to go with every dress she had. Isn’t that lovely?
