What I’m wearing: glasses – Ultra Studios, suspenders – Claire’s, long sleeved white tee – Forever 21, high waist black pants – New York & Co, blazer – vintage, heels – Forever 21, flower – Forever 21

Sorry I’m not sorry for my GPOY. But I thought you guys should know that they sell suspenders at Claire’s in your local mall and they are worth every penny of the $8.00 I spend on them. They are total outfit-transformers. You could literally wear an outfit one day and wear the exact same thing the next day (add suspenders) and no one would notice you hadn’t changed! No guarantee on that one.

Do you grow tired of my bathroom mirror photos at my corporate office? I hope not because they shall continue…

Ok…I have royal wedding fever just like everyone else. I’m not sure I’ll wake at 3am to watch Guiliana’s E coverage but I’m still excited. I can’t wait to see what she’ll wear!! Everyone waits with breath that is baited. I heard that everyone in the UK gets Thursday and Friday off, duh. My Wedding Inspirations

Today is April 27th. That means our wedding is exactly four months away. I hyperventilated a bit when I realized. In honor of that and of the royal wedding (of course) I thought I’d share some of my wedding inspirations. Lately I have been totally into the high bun. It has always intimidated me a bit because I don’t like to rat my hair. But once I figured out how to do it, I can’t stop! It’s so easy and it can prolong a hair wash for 2-3 days! It also turns any outfit from humdrum to posh. The best tutorial I’ve found is from Beth Jones (here).
