I love everything about this editorial, especially the leather gloves, the tailored blazers and the hair.
I love the weekend because I can dress however I want. I can stay in oversize pj pants, driving moccasins and hoodies or I can dash about in a cocktail dress (whether the occasion calls or not). This weekend, I plan to do a bit of both. I am one of Summer’s biggest fans. But as much as I love it, I must admit the unseasonably oppressive heat in Arkansas for the last month has me jonesing for cool, crisp fall weather. I’m looking forward to football games, boots and keeping the windows down; I’m looking forward to wearing whatever I want and topping it with a thin, comfortable jacket. Preferably leather. A leather jacket can transform ANY outfit. I’m a dress-girl. I would wear a dress over pants or a skirt any day. They’re just more comfortable! Your cutest summer dress + chic leather jacket = perfection.
