What I Wore: Variation upon a Theme

what I wore: sweater – thrifted, jeans – blank nyc, clogs – sam edelman, necklace – my grandmothers, earrings – mom’s, jingle bracelet – forever21

What I Wore: Topsy Turvy

what I wore: top – forever21, trousers – talbots (thrifted), heels – antonio melani (similar here)
I really liked the juxtaposition of stripes on the shirt with checkers on the pants but I couldn’t figure out what to do with the shirt because the pants are a little big. I tried tucked in, tied to the side, tied in front and finally settled on tied in the back. Then I rolled the pants.

What I Wore: Blue Jean Baby

what I wore: jeans – vintage levi (seen here), top – thrifted, beads – grandmother’s, heels – kelsi dagger, small rings – vintage from mae’s & a converted toe ring from claire’s

What I Wore: Mixing Textures

what I wore: skirt – kimichi blue (thrifted), heels – kelsi dagger, top – 90s victoria’s secret stolen from mom, pearls – forever21

have a fabulous weekend! xo

What I Wore: Pattern Play

what I wore: trousers – tommy hilfiger, top – fun 2 fun, heels/earrings – forever21

Last week I experimented with dots and stripes. I’m not sure I will wear it again but it was fun to try.

What I Wore: Rainbow Bright

what I wore: dress – vintage via cheap thrills, heels – madden girl, belt – vintage via grey dog, earrings – kate spade
I got a little bit of sun this weekend, so it was the perfect time to wear this summery, colorful dress.

What I Wore: Bringing it Black

what I wore: dress – vintage from cheap thrills, heels – bcbg, watch – forever 21

This is one of my favorite dresses. It has a great neckline and the lace stripes are see-through so it can be worn as an upscale swim cover up.

What I Wore: Spring Layers

what I wore: jacket – vintage after six, blouse – vintage, collar – urban outfitters, skirt – kimichi blue, platforms – bcbg
I like outfits like these because they’re fun but also professional. I think I’m going to get a lot of wear out of this kimichi blue skirt I picked up at (where else?) cheap thrills!

What I Wore: Comfy-Cozy

what i wore: dress – unknown from daisy exchange, booties – vince camuto,
Isn’t it grand to find something that is soft and warm and comfortable while also work-appropriate? This dress does exactly that.
