A gorgeous setting for white dresses, bronzed skin, the sun, the sand and of course tulle. I’ve become particularly fond of the floral wreath and it looks stunning with her dark hair.

A Southern Romance
I love these gorgeous shots from the Ruche lookbook, it looks like it was shot in the swamps of Louisiana amidst the bayous, Spanish moss and live oaks. It’s very romantic and fresh with a tinge of the Notebook.

Vanity
I am lucky enough to have a vanity. It’s a very special piece of furniture that was given to me by a dear friend of the family. It’s the essential piece for a lady that loves to get ready. On Display
Many of us who love fashion often have a hard time finding storage for (much less getting rid of) our treasures. If you’re short on space and proud of your beautiful things, why not display them? When your beloved items are visible they will be enjoyed by friends that visit and you’ll be reminded to wear them more often.
I love the look of shoes in bookcases or shelves. I’m so proud of my shoes and if I hide them away, I will occasionally forget an old favorite. I also die for the hat display.
Jewelry is another prized possession that can be neglected when one accrues more than a few favorite pieces. Who needs artwork when you have baubles strung about?
Storing clothes and bags in an open space can be a bit tricky. I think it’s important to play up the organized chaos rather than organized or chaotic. Also, play up the femininity with the color palette and furniture. Case in point: chandeliers and pastels.
As much as we shouldn’t, we often judge beauty products by their appearance. Because don’t you feel more beautiful when surrounded by beautiful things? Especially Chanel…

Pleasing Pink Decor
When most think of utilizing pink in home decor, they gravitate toward images of something concocted by strawberry shortcake meets Miss Piggy meets fairy princess. That’s not always the case. While it does tend to indicate a feminine touch and is not necessarily right for an entire color scheme, when done right it can be breathtakingly lovely. I love the fabulous girliness of a pink couch or pink wall. I’m not sure Ro would go for the mirrored bed covered in lush blush but he might be amenable to a few touches here and there.
The more I look at these rooms laced with pink, the more I love it. Most of these lovely images were found via {this is glamorous} which I must say is my very favorite blog out there.
