Socks with Sandals?

The age-old question, “can I wear tights with open-toed shoes?” has taken on new meaning for me lately. I am ever-more tempted to wear socks with my blatantly strappy sandals. I actually think it looks really cool. Why should all those perfectly fun cutout platforms be hidden away during cold weather? I do realize that one has to be careful with outfit decisions, as this trend can easily go awry. But I think I’m going to try it! What about you?

Loafer Love

I’ve been wanting some loafers to transfer me into Spring and I think these (in any number of colors) will do the trick.

Are you trying the trend? I haven’t tried it myself, thought I want to. I think it can look very chic when done right as shown here. I’m working on trying to perfect my version.

Animal Print is a Neutral

My oh my this is my kind of editorial. Bold colors, big hair, gloves, fur, cinched waists and of course animal print. My mom always used to tell me that animal print went in and out but I don’t think it’s going anywhere! As the Man Repeller says, animal print is a neutral in my opinion. I also want to address socks with sandals. I think I need a full post for that. Enjoy!
